TEA Times newsletter for The Employee Association, Houston Lighting & Power Company (now Reliant Energy). Gem recruited and supervised a staff of 20 volunteers who wrote articles, set type and stuffed envelopes to publish and distribute the monthly newsletter to 2000 members.
